When Will my Server / VPS be Ready?
All of our plans are built and tested by humans for the highest level of Quality Assurance. This may take longer than some other general VPS providers, but it ensures that your server is optimized and ready to take on the many requirements that trading platforms like Ninjatrader, TradeStation, etc. demand, from stability to security and compatibility.
Log-in information will be emailed to whichever email you used to register your chartvps.com account.
Virtual Private Server (VPS)
A VPS is built, tested, and delivered to our clients typically within 2-8 hours of subscription activation. It may take as long as 24 hours if there is a large queue of orders. Applies to Standard, Intraday, Scalper, Daytrader VPS plans
Dedicated Servers
Since dedicated servers are physical machines they take a little longer, typically within 12 hours - up to 24 hours if there is a large queue of orders. Applies to Institutional Alpha/Prime, Quant Server plans.
